Governments are notoriously bad at mapping workers to jobs. Luckily, we don't have to rely on them alone to solve this pressing issue in these changing times. In Finland, a startup called Sumpli has targeted simple jobs as their niche and are building an app to do this mapping efficiently.

I met with Sumpli's founding partner Mehdi Younes to discuss Sumpli, his views on entrepreneurship, and more. Mehdi, it turns out, is well placed to build this service with his deep experience from the restaurant and hospitality industry, having run much of the Helsinki nightlife for many years.
